The staff were friendly and helpful. The oak room dinner was really good and fairly priced. The food quality and options were great. The service throughout the hotel was also lovely.

I thought the amount paid was overpriced. It only covered the room. Basic facilities like the pool required an extra payment of £65 per person for 3.5 hours. I think the pool should have been included.
